Ayurveda says that dont brush early morning with any sweet ingredients,
it increases cough infections in body. Instead of that use bitter,
sore ingredients to brush early morning which will reduce excessive
mouth cough & will take care of throat infections..
But we do exactly reverse. Early Morning We brush our teeth with
sweet toothpaste. Do brush with tooth pastes but after 10 in the
morning. When the cough time as per ayurveda is relieved & pitta
time starts. At evening vata time starts. This is the cycle of kapha,
vata, pitta sacration in body.
Thats why morning time cough complaints are generally more, afternoon
time heat & acidity complaints are more & night time body
pains & vatvikara, gasses are more. Proper food can balance
these doshas.
Pain, pioria, bleeding gums, tooth strength & many dental complaints.
Being herbal concentrate it works instantly & helps in oral
health. Blackness of teeth, teeth patches etc can be treated with
Tanvishataa 2, Vatshaanti 1, Ashwayashtee 1 & Tanvijyeshta 1
& Brush with Dhavaldanti & Ashwayashtee 1/4 tab. In bone
pains, fractures apply pack of dhawaldanti with water on skin. For
teeth strongness make gargels of Tanvitila Oil. Tooth is a waste
material of bone function. So to nourish bone function with eating
hard coating fruits like wallnuts, almounds, kharic, Jardalu etc.
Eat 1/4 tsp black seasum. Chew it & drink luke warm water on
it.
